We can arrange inspection of your short-term rental property in Greater Sydney, including Wollongong and Blue Mountains, The Central Coast region, The Hunter region & Port Stephens to mark-up floorplans, test smoke alarms, and install fire extinguishers and fire blankets.
During this site visit we will provide advise and show where to install your evacuation diagrams when they are supplied. Our consultants will provide tailored solutions and collaborate with our in-house design team to meet your unique requirements. To comply with the STRA Fire Safety Standard and AS3745-2010, we will produce an Evacuation Diagram for each bedroom and main access door. A4 or A3 Evacuation Diagrams will then be produced, printed, snapped framed with double sided tape, and supplied to you for easy installation at the locations marked by our expert during the site visit,
we will also supply in digital PDF version for your records.

Step 3 Meet consultant and Delivery
Our consultant attends site, creates mark-up drawings for design team and carries out any requested work such as installing fire extinguisher etc.
